Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of job satisfaction in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on Greek midwives and its relation with their services being rendered in the United Kingdom. The research also analyzes many aspects of how job satisfaction varies for Greek midwives working in the United Kingdom and tries to gauge its effect on their changing level of satisfaction. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for the changes that may arise in job satisfaction and tries to describe the overall effect of “the changing satisfactory levels on the performance of Greek midwives working in the healthcare industry in the United Kingdom.
