Report: Checking an Insurance Claim

This is to report that company has come across an accident which calls for an insurance claim. However the situation requires a comprehensive investigation of the case by the insurance company. What happened was that the twelve cartons of the special instrument that were shipped were in a trick that rolled off the highway 8 miles east of Rochester, New York. On the other hand the insurance commonly wants someone from the company to look over the damage to confirm the cost of the total damage, therefore, the purpose of this report is to report the accident and the investigation of the lost crates. On reaching Rochester, it was found that the representative from the insurance company as already investigating the accident scene, where she found that the damage details are missing due to the lost crates. On investigating the crates, it was found that the crates were not in a very decent shape, and most of the, were broken. Surprisingly, Noelle reported the total number of crates to be 12, but on counting them during the inspection, one as found missing. From the case, a disparity is found in the number of damaged crates as one f these was found missing. The currently damaged crates are 10 out of 12 as per the investigation of Noelle; however, piece number 7 is missing which makes the insurance claim 10 out of 11. It is yet unsure if crate 7 was stolen or cushioned by the shipment company. Despite this factor, the claim of 10 out of 11 makes the insurance terms heavy. It is advised that the police investigation is undertaken before proceeding with the insurance claim so as to avoid the future disparity.
