RN Residency Program

Registered Nursing Residency is a program which was formed in order to better educate the nursing officers in their clinical settings. RN Residency program offers a concrete foundation for skilled nurses who are trained in a new specialty area and for former students of an attributed nursing program with less than one year of professional nursing experience. The objective of this program is to successfully transit nurses to the medical units. (Colleen, 2006)
