It is true that turnaround team may have used the Gerard and Teurf's transformation skills to counter the overall frustration of the employees, however before we go into details about this should have happened, and we need to understand the basic theme of Gerard and Teurf's transformation model. According to Gerard and Teurf's transformation model, the practice of having a proper dialogue can be used as the most powerful tool in transforming the organizational conduct and behavior. This phenomenon is also of the view that it also helps in building teams and community within the workplace and even outside it. According to the theory of Gerard and Teurf, there are in total three ways through which the transformation in employee behavior can be achieved by dialogue. The first step includes in incorporation of dialogue to alter contestant's behavior. Secondly, it enables the employee to feel as if they are part of something substantial and are willing to go that extra mile for the welfare of the organization. Third and last one is that through dialogue, an employee's attitude towards work and his thinking towards work can also be altered. If the company would have used this approach for eliminating the frustration of employees, then this would have been a lot better. However we can also not undermine the performance and the strategies which were adopted by the new leadership body of the company, as they grew their overall GMI point ratings from 1.5 to 9 points.
