Introduction

Sustainable development is equal environmental considerations to take into account in social and economic considerations. Future-oriented economy means that we have to provide our children and grandchildren an intact ecological, social and economic structure. We cannot provide the sustainable environment for our children without preserving the current environment. Sustainability means equally considering the environmental, social and economic aspects. Thus, future-oriented management means: we have to leave for our children and grandchildren an intact ecological, social and economic system that cannot be achieved without the preservation of the current environment.

An HVAC system is a ventilation system, heating and air conditioning (HVAC, for its acronym in English of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning). This is a set of methods and techniques to study and work on the treatment of air in terms of cooling, heating, dehumidification, quality, movement, etc. The purpose of an HVAC system is to provide an air flow, heating and cooling suitable for each room. HVAC systems can include different equipment or subsystems:

- Chiller Units

- Air Handling Units

- Pumping Systems

- Boilers
