Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Motivation” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “part-time and full-time employees” and its relation with “effect motivational strategies”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “motivation” and tries to gauge its effect on “contractual and permanent employees”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “motivating part-time and full-time employees” and tries to describe the overall effect of “motivation” on “employees working on part-time and full-time contractual basis”.

For understanding the proper, effective and efficient functioning of the organization, one requires substantial amounts and accounts of motivation and strategies and tactics that help you get the work done within the context of the organization and retaining employees within the firm. This study shall encompass motivation, its strategies, history and culture that should be implemented for the purpose of making a particular organization with strong footing and that continues to struggle in hopes of becoming the best of them all.

Background of the study

For the study conducted, we require resources that shall help us identify key constituents that have been undertaken for the purpose and objective of intending motivation to employees around the company.
