Introduction

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a very important and that is the protection of United States threats, risks and national disasters. DHS carries out this mission, securing U.S. borders, prevent terrorist attacks and respond to threats to the American people. (Wolf 2007 National disasters and international criminal activities are other areas that DHS is working to counter, and prevention. Surveillance, duty, respect and innovation are core values of EDS and helps define the purpose of this national protection agency. (Michael 2008)

Purpose statement

Leading a unified national effort with the country and ensure the preservation of the American way of life are vital functions for the Department of Homeland Security. This organization was created in 2002 in response to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The DHS has a national strategic plan that is used to evaluate and update the statement of the department's mission and operational efficiency. Strategic plans can be updated and changed to meet the needs of DHS and the American people. (Joseph 2007)

The department of homeland security's effectiveness contains setbacks to the protection of civil liberties such as the right to privacy and blocking access to information.

What legal mandate is a group that is supposed to focus on Immigration and Customs Enforcement to get involved in making web sites? What makes a website has to do with either immigration or customs?

Since the original attacks were announced at Disney, is a common practice for National Security and / or ICE to focus on the use of their weapons and the power of incursions and attacks in the efforts that are designed to help specific companies?

Since at least some of the websites were taken by the search engines to be organized any unlawful, ...
