Introduction

The war against drugs is a war lost. All drugs should be legalized in a country, which increase the revenue for the government that can be used for better rehabilitation programmes. Legalization of drugs for rehabilitation purposes is a realistic approach.

Drug trafficking has increased control over capital and has moved to higher volumes of drugs. The consumption has soared the consequences and the violence engendered by drug trafficking have increased year after year.
