Introduction

The paper focuses on advocating parameters of human rights in the United Kingdom. The parameters we will particularly discuss are free market movement of capital, free health care on demand, free education, and environment protection, and economic growth, freedom of speech, women's rights, and fair trial.

Advocating Human Rights at Security Council

The Security Council is authorized to "investigate any dispute or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute, to determine not whether the continuance of the dispute or situation to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security." It "defines the existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace or act of aggression and shall make recommendations or decide what measures should be taken ... to maintain or restore international peace and security." The Council shall have the right to use coercive measures to the States in breach of international peace and security, including those associated with the use of armed force. Article 25 of the U.N Charter says, "Members agree, in accordance with the present Charter, the decisions of the Security Council and to fulfil them" (Hossain, 2009, pp. 501). In practice, the Security Council on the activities of maintaining peace and security lies in the definition of certain sanctions against violators of the States (including military operations against them), the introduction of peacekeeping forces in the conflict zone, the organization of post-conflict settlement, including the introduction of the international administration in the conflict zone.

However, after the Second World War, as a result of the rapid development of trade between countries, accordingly a sharp increase in bilateral financial flows to detect negative financial crisis, manifested in the appearance of a negative balance of payments from the major importing countries.
