Abstract

In this paper it is to be discuss the impact of aids and modalities on societies and the effectiveness of the aid modality that contributes to the growth and development of societies, whether it positively work for the growth or negative impacts on society. There we have four kinds of aid modalities like, financial program aid, project aid, technical assistance aid, and rehabilitation food aids. The paper briefly discuss about the findings of the aid programs that is delivered to the nation`s for their development, financial aid is given to stable the country's economy, project aid refers the program of aid in which the aid is granted for the specific purpose in the personal interest, and the technical aid will be given for the human skills development.

Introduction

The role of aid modality is for the economic assistance for the countries and the nation`s for their development. The aid is given to the poor countries to establish them to the level of international market and Millennium Development Goal standardize format by the international agencies and banks for the developments like world bank, and regional development bank, they works in collaboration with the United Nation since 2002. Their theme is to reduce the poverty form the less developed countries and provide them the basic necessities of life and rehabilitate them. And their duty is also to make sure that the aid is utilized in the fair with transparency without any corruption in the system. According to the past studies we have conclude that the aid is the ethical behavior of the superior country or the nation, that offer the services and grant without any interest for the economic and human development of the poor countries like Uganda, where the government facing the economic and cultural challenges, this has driven the positive impact on the economies and the countries, human development and resources commission. The agencies are also helpful to the countries to relocate their policies and procedures of the nation`s bank. India helps Uganda for the purpose of humanitarian aid and emergency aid, aid to support the education, health, and democracy, and the economic development aid to support the budgets, balance of payment cycle, infrastructure, and investment and for the betterment of industrial and agriculture sector (Burnside, Craig, and David Dollar, 1997, p. n.d).
