The web based information that is provided over the internet has many forms and these forms show there authenticity and genre. This web based information is divided into many aspects and can be the views of an individual, group, department or country. Based on these factors one is able to determine the opinion and statement over a particular topic and what issues and concerns are being discussed and what type of outcomes can be generated from that. Originally there was only online information and data that was able to provide the type of information that was required. With the passage of time and the innovation in technology we have observed that internet has now become a channel of input for the opinion of millions of people around the globe. These opinions are shown through different types but mainly are divided in audio, video and written form. These opinions are observed through videos, blogs and in today's era through podcasts as well.

Traditionally diversity has referred to gender, of disability, age, socio economic status, religion and geographical location. Currently, joining them puts diversity emphasis on key cultural and elements that flow from their languages, customs, beliefs, lifestyles. Culture influences the decisions people accessing the services basic education, health and social services. The type of assistance sought the methods, the social supports, and the perception of their needs, opportunities, and resources. The aim of training for the understanding of multiculturalism is contribute to suit organizations offering services to characteristics of every citizen and group so that the rights recognized basic to all citizens rights become effective ensuring the same level of access and use under its needs
