Abstract

At the present time, global business environment is complex by economic and social oppression and human rights abuses in different nations. This paper brings in arguments with international business and investment strategies in Burma to describe and establish substitute conditions of international dealings involvement in morally demanding arrangements. The paper discusses two categories of involvement and non-involvement. A couple of categories of involvement entail constructive and unrestricted and two forms of non-engagement entails sanctioned and principled. All these four substitutes are analyzed for their social, moral transform, and traditional fundamentals. Further situations are created in relation to constructive engagement, ethical leadership by international business managers, requires for paradigm construction and evaluative search, and realism in the moral framework of international business.

Introduction

Since a long time, business ethics has subsisted in the form of manifestation on the ethical facet of business institutions and exchanges. In ancient times, business ethics was not traceable as much as it is identifiable now as a field of study. Business ethics is comprehended in couple of different methods through those who have a chief investment in its expansion. One way comes towards it from a setting in philosophy, and the other way comes towards it mainly from the business context (Brenkert & Beauchamp, 2012).

Since the purpose of the paper is to think critically and creatively, using this standard procedure in the Burma case. Thus, just naming exactly our goal, our means to achieve the goal and our final decision. The methods that corporate leaders deal with complicated concerns of international business ethics are widely open to communal study. Expansions in media sophistication and information technology have boosted the intelligibility of business and stiffen corporate responsibility to diverse and multiple populations. The global business of international organizations correspond standards and values to spectators of consumers, suppliers, governments, competitors, community members, shareholders, activist groups and other stakeholders. Contentious proceedings are considered at the peril of estranging elements and experiencing reputational and financial losses (Schermerhorn, 1999).

Methods

The methods applied in order to collect data for is an imperative part of any research. According to Scanlan & Jenkins (2001), research methodology is a systematic way in which data is collected so research question can be answered. In simples word research methodology is a plan that take researcher from setting up research question till finding answers to them.

The data collected for this paper is solely through secondary research. The secondary data was collected from various sources which include academic journals and e-books. Secondary data gathers more valuable data than may be gained by a limited research. Secondary research provided latest theoretical and academic information about the study.
