Communication

Introduction

Communication is a way to share the thoughts, feelings, information and ideas with others. Also to have those thoughts, feelings, information and ideas understood by them. Organizational communication is essential for any individual. It lays the foundation for nurturing and grooming the relationship within organization.

Answer-1

The effective communication leads to clarity, collaboration and effective relationships within an organization which leads to fulfillment of organizational goals. Therefore, effective communication is always linked to the success of the organization. While external barriers are beyond our influence, we can work to get rid of our internal barriers such as poor listening skills, fatigue, lack of confidence, poor language skills and so on. Therefore, if we can evaluate our present standard of communication skill and try to improve it, we can get much better in it (Kumar, 1999).
