Summary

The officers appeal to implement the disciplinary system on a serious note. Jones has implemented all rules of autocrat under discipline system. He was very confident about his performance, but the sergeant had not contended with their skills. When John decided to ask with his officers about new disciple policy, he gave him a sarcastic response. The officer not trusted him because he was late to examine the minor incidents.
