Cultural awareness involves the foundation of communications, it includes the ability that stand back from us, and it creates awareness regarding the cultural beliefs, values and perception, however cultural awareness is central, when one has to interact with different people from different cultures, people interpret, evaluate and consider cultural awareness in different aspect.

On the other hand cultural competency requires a multilevel approach; it is based on interventions and assessments, which requires support of group, organizational, and individual at societal level. Elimination of global and national health involve necessitates regarding the disparity in social systems and health care delivery with the help of policy development.

The National Association of Child Care, to include its supporting agencies is said to be the leader of democracy when it comes to providing services. The NACCRA assists approximately seven hundred bureaus, and these establishments are operated by both state and local authorities.
