Exploring the dangers of social networking for employees remain the basic essence of this paper. Large organizations being involved actively in the social networking makes it important for employees to remain active within the social networking in order to gain complete advantage of the opportunities available. This paper will explore the relevant dangers associated with social networking for employees. People; especially the younger generation, tends to feel that social networking is an integral part of their routine and daily lives and they cannot ultimately survive without social networking. There are a number of dismissals reported due to the inappropriate use of social networking websites. A recent survey in Britain reveals that the British employers extensively use social media for the purpose of screening the potential candidates.
