Job Description and Specifications

A prestigious and well established hospital requires an operating room nurse. The experience of four to five years will be preferred, however the fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. The fresh graduates, if recruited, will be required to undergo training first and will be on probation for a certain period of time. The salary package will be set according to the level of experience, geographical location, employer and environement. The estimated range of the salary is between $55,864 and $67,890. Certification and Education

Education is an important aspect of being a nurse. The nurse has a huge responsibility of dealing with the lives of the people and to ensure that they recover from it soon. Mentioned below are the certification and education qualification which is required for the postion of operation room nurse:

Candidate must complete a Bachelor Degree and should have applied to 4 years of medical school in order to get the job of OR nurse.

Candidate must have passed at least three successive stringent national board exams (Step 1, 2 and 3 following according to United State Medical Licensing Exams, “USMLE”), which covers all questions from surgical and medicine fields.
