I feel that writing is an art. One can become as creative as possible when it comes to writing. The act of observing people and situations around one self and then penning it down, all the while molding it and creating an inventive story from it. It truly fascinates me and prompts me to write more. Some people share their stories and pieces which they create while some keep them to themselves. I feel when you write your stories; you should share them with others as well. The feedback the writers receive, from the people, helps them to amend themselves and the appreciation encourages and motivates the writers to pen down and tackle more topics.

I, along with many of my classmates participated and I entered one of my short stories. The result came after a month. One of my classmates received the grand prize and I got the third prize. I was happy with the result as to me winning a competition or receiving a reward is not everything. The important thing is to give your best and be as creative as I can be. I congratulated my classmate wholeheartedly for his effort and wished him success in his future endeavors.

A week later, one of my friends called me and told me that the winning-story submitted by our classmate was remarkably similar to the stories which I published on a website, a few months back. I couldn't digest the fact that he plagiarized one of ...
