Nursing personnel one will hire in future, in accordance with the expertise, management of the nursing education system which is capable of producing nursing professionals and nursing structuring system. These will help in regulating the rights and limits of authority, duties, and responsibilities of nursing personnel in nursing practice. In order to live up to this profession nursing as a profession in the future is expected to assume its responsibilities in the application of care nursing to develop and maintain those services to continue training and education and aid their patients.

To meet the new tasks, nursing, as professional in the future, will have to coordinate and integrate their actions with other professions, not just the health sector but also of economic sectors Economic, social and educational.
