Introduction

In the life, a number of people contribute in a variety of daily activities and events that assist them get benefitted from their individuality. People mostly take pleasure in getting together with friends, enjoying in an amusement park or getting together at shopping mall with the friends or finding the ways for recreation in the nature. Although, a major part of life of people is obviously eating and a number of people get pleasured in doing this act.

Discussion

Eating is a very palatable and enjoyable for everyone but should be done this way, which is like the whole thing in life in a smart and intelligent way. A person should be smart enough for being healthy and for having a large part of nutrition. During the Diet Analysis mission suggested by the Super Tracker provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, I was capable to inspect and analyze my diet to observe and have a deep look what I am eating and what I shouldn't, what type of nutrients I should take and what I am taking and I am exercising and how should I exercise while taking part in three day diet analysis duration.

Suggestions from the Super Tracker

Having some guides from the programs like the Super Tracker provided by the United States Department of Agriculture can help a person to be capable enough to track what is eaten on an everyday basis, and take that person one step near to living a more balanced healthy standard of living. This program not only provides a way to track food intake, but also can show what nutrients are missing in one's diet, or if the calories being taken in are at the correct level for the each person's lifestyle (United States Department of Agriculture, 2012). After tracking my own intake for three days, I was able to see how my diet compared to what the Food Guide Pyramid recommends. Regrettably, I have come to know that I did not meet any of the serving recommendations for any group in any of the three tracked days then I literally got amazed (Cross fit Journal, 2004).

However, this three day time period, I compared all phases with my recommended levels of nutrition intake for my recommended dietary intake and the calories burned up through exercise compared to the consumed calories by the intake of food. I myself need to make sure that the nutrients and food that I am consuming would allow a good fit for being healthy and most significantly not over exceeding the requirement of the nutrients level. The major nutrients in which I consider myself at risk and threat for deficiency, which includes water, vitamin A, vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, vitamin D, Foliate, dietary fibers, magnesium, zinc and potassium.
