Introduction

Organizations are dealing with the different situations today, which are more related to the diverse market situation. Hence organizations need to manage their people accordingly so that the workplace environment can be maintained and the performance of the individuals can be increased. This will not only improve the working environment of the organization, but will also improve the performance of the organization.

In order to maintain the learning environment within the organization, and to keep them motivated for the development of the organization, many of the training and development needs are analyzed by the organization, so that they can provide the people related to the organization with the trainings and development workshops which will not only enhance their performance but will also increase the overall performance of the company. By the use of effective tools and techniques, learning organization can become profitable by addressing the cultural need, and hence can improve the overall performance.

Training course includes many of the tools and frameworks, not only for the individuals but also for the people working in the teams. Because of the diverse market and globalization, people from different cultures are working under one roof. These cultural changes influence the learning and environmental factors for the organization a lot. There are certain goals and objective of the organization which provides the baseline for the survival of the organization as well as the people (King, 2009, pp. 57-82).

It has been observed that those organizations, which are more towards learning, excel and are more efficient. The successful acquisition of knowledge is very necessary in order to get the advancement. It basically depends on the organization that whether its culture is more towards learning or not. Learning organizations are the one which are open to new experience and are generally the risk takers. Organizations are considered as the complex part of the social system.

Most of the organizations are not ready for the change, and they try to protect themselves from the environmental prospects. Whereas the learning organization are the one which are open to new experiences and they try to get the advantage from the environmental prospect. Learning organizations use the tools and techniques in order to judge the behavior within the organization. Transformative thinking is what is required for a learning organization. There are many effective management information systems (MIS) which are used by the organization for getting the knowledge about the organization's people and their behavior (Moingeon, 1996, pp.38).
