It has been noted that gradually it is becoming a challenge for the working parents to maintain a balance between work and family life. Management may vary according to one's occupation, income or stage in life. Regardless of one's situation or socioeconomic factors these challenges are felt by every married men and women. It is being observed that mostly the rules of the company are designed keeping in mind the ideal male breadwinner of the family. This means that someone, ideally the wife, is at home taking care of domestic work and children. The notion of 24/7 availability of labour force worsens the situation because it takes away one's social life. However, the situation is not the same today; the breadwinner of the family could be anyone (Bailyn, 2001).

Single people enjoy the abundant of freedom that they enjoy. Single people are normally happy and hearty since they are not answerable to anyone. Unlike married people who cannot apply the notion of free will on their lives. Married people have to consider their family before making any personal decision in life.
