Memory Development In Children

ABSTRACT

The paper is about the memory development of the children. The paper has analyzed the impacts of different variable on the development of the memory of the children. Mother is closer to a child so the conversation between a mother and a child is encoded as a memory demanded by the child. The children's brain capture the encoding of the memory in the brain of the child and retrieve the memory that has been encoded in the memory of the child, in the second phase the child recall the experiences and events that has been occurred. As far sa memory retrieving is concerned it is found that the different and attractive things are much easier to recall such as paintings, drawing, photographs and events. The false memory of a child depends on its surrounding and the experiences that the child had faced. Children whose parents are exposed to alcohol usually face difficulty in the memory storage and in the retrieving of the stored memory as well. The demographics factors are also influence on the memory as it is a part of the child environment. The paper has discussed the possible factors that may influence the memory of the children.

Memory Development in children

The motive of the research paper is to check the nature of early memory and analyze the relationship the performance of the child memory and its impact on the memory demand. Mother is closer to a child so the conversation between a mother and a child is encoded as a memory demanded by the child. In majority cases those people who do conversation with the child basically create the memory demand in the child's mind. The mind of the child captures the questions and the conversation that has occurred and recalls it when the same question forms them is asked. Children recall it through the event and through the situations as well. When it has been checked whether the knowledge based questions are encoded and recalled quickly or the event based or the experienced based questions are encoded in the memory and easily retrieve from the memory. It has been founded that the experience based and event based questions are encoded and retrieve from the memory more quickly as compared to the knowledge based questions. The event and knowledge questions can be a useful tool to stimulate the memory processing if the content that has been asked is known to the child. Event question can help a child in retrieving the stored memory where as the knowledge based questions helps the children in building the memory storage and defining the concept of knowledge of object locations. Memory task performance improves with the age in the children. The questions that mother of the children have asked were still in the memory of the children at this stage the children performances are held constant. For the younger children the past even based questions were positively related with the knowledge based questions. The memory demand enhances the development of ...
