Delegation is the transfer of tasks and responsibilities to subordinate positions. The first breakdowns of the total organizational tasks are performed by field of education. Here must comply with such delegations in the lower ranges, the role also of the competence of the body. A small delegation of tasks and responsibilities is a sign of inadequate organizational structure. Delegation is necessary to relieve managers to improve the experience of employees and enhance the responsibility and motivation (Bergstro¨m, 2005). The following criteria should be followed when delegating:

The tasks should be delegated as fully and completely. No sub-tasks to delegate.

The tasks and the necessary skills should be defined clearly and unambiguously.

The delegation should be planned and directed the following similar tasks. Therefore, repetitive tasks should be transferred to the same place.

The task should reflect the skills and motivation (revision) of the employee.

In alignment of this paper, we shall be discussing the whereabouts of how far and wide can an individual make way for the purpose and objective of inculcating delegation into their daily routine work within the frame of the organization and in alignment of the workload intended. It can be construed that the employees -particularly female -believe consulting and delegating leadership styles to help them stay ahead through experimentation with facts and figures in organizational lives (Besselink, 2011). Hence, it may be said that the female than the male work force in the organization get influenced to higher extent by the people with leadership qualities. It happens whenever they are to examine and acquire new inputs, may that be new structures or technologies, or changes as well as challenges for organizational reincarnation. At the same time, it is to note that this does not mean that the female employees as compared to their male counterpart possess less of analytical and horizontal thinking, but to get into such a different but organizationally relevant mental mode these female workforce require presence of colleagues who possess leadership qualities.
