The initial chapter of the book by Otto Kernberg's gives idea about the Psychoanalytical contribution to the group and the organizational psychology which have a puzzling quality. There are few of the theoretical contributions that have explained that there lie less impact over of the scientific, intellectual and the political scenes. According to Freud's psychoanalysis theory in which he highlights the personality development, there lie two of the basic factors which help in driving the nature of the individual and help him in shaping his personality. The two of the basic drivers are love and aggression which leaves direct impact over what the individual think off. From the observation of Freud's theory it is seen that these two factors have direct control over the minds and thoughts of the person. The theory of personality explains the intimacy of individual and the level of aggression. Through his observation I have seen that there are three levels human mental life which includes the unconscious, preconscious and the conscious . This explains various stages of the human life and the development of these stages which includes id, the ego and the superego.

What I have derived from this chapter is that personality is one of that theorized and considerable researched aspect in the field of psychology. So the question that arises here is what is personality? In order to understand this concept there lie a need of understanding to this concept, however, there is more need in understanding differences between state and traits. This state is relatively the permanent characteristic of individual. The example to this is of people which are friendly ,outgoing, confident and shy. When one can describe these people he or she would use traits in better understanding the personalities in order to better understand that who they are. At the same time on the other hand there lies a temporary change in one's personality. The examples to this might be depressed, angry, fearful or anxious.

Further, the study explains that how important rationale leadership is within groups through the analysis of personality traits. It is observed that the possibility of the leader to personally acquaint with every person in the organization gives protection to the realistic nature of institution's leadership. But large organizations with more leaders have less authority of offering the possibility over the ordinary social control. In such organizations there is less chance of direct contact between the levels of staff which increases the projective mechanism.

In the next unit there the author has explained the focus over the psychological pressures which lead to the corruption in organizational leadership. From various theorists view it has been explained that how corruption is manifested in the practices that are to violate the ethical practices of the leadership through the tolerating contradictions in between the public and confidential actions. This leads to the injustice to the members of organization and to those who directly depends over the organization. There are also various effects that can occur to the result ...
