Introduction

Tourism sector has its own concepts and definition to define and help people understand the sectors importance and value it. It is defined with the additive features of nature, culture, social and communal values which help people in exchanging the experiences, values, norms, among the residents and the people who came to visit any particular area. Tourism helps developing the relationship between the tourist and the citizen as it allows the activities to be fairly divided among the people, where they get different opportunities for business and enhancing the culture and lifestyle of a particular country, where visitors have a highly satisfied traveling experiences. Such example that tourism has started marketing their countries, they invite people to visit, as it gives the opportunities to the country to increase the potential skills and give courage and benefit to the existing markets and industries of a specific country.

The industry has a big potential, tourism and hotel management has the fundamental importance in any country as it is directly linked with the economy of many regions, it helps the country prosper because it involves foreign exchange (Groeschl, 2000, pp. 12-56). The citizens are also now demanding for more recreational plans which could have the meaning full involvement towards their businesses and corporate sustainable practices. The industry itself includes many things and serves as a package, when a traveler arranges a tour for him/herself it includes the whole package of several transportation management which are eat, sleep, party, attend a conference, rent a car, take a taxi, shop, change foreign currency etc. The importance of nay industry can be taken into account through the above mentioned example that takes a lot to the count, the industry is serving globally, which is providing a lot to the country's foreign exchange. In the world of globalizations with highly paced technological advancement, it is said to have a tourism industry in a country as it could be highly beneficial of any country to have such a big industry (Glenn, 2008, pp. 55-60).

Tourism is one of the leading industries which is prospering like no other industry at a global level, tourism serves as being a job provider and generates foreign exchange in the country. The industry termed as one of the fastest growing industries of the world in the global economy, as the stats gave proof it states that during the time period of 1996 and 2006, the industry grew with an average of 4 % per year. The stats showed the evidence, that in 1996, there were 575 million tourists and in 2006, there were 846 million tourists.
