Introduction

Today nursing is growing at a very rapid pace, and students all over the world are keen to enter the field of nursing. There are a lot of researchers who are amazed of this building interest of the students in the field of nursing. A lot of predictions have been done which have identified that the nurses in the entire world would increase by more than a fold. There are still a lot of people in the world who still want to work for humanity and contrary to this there are even people present who think that what ever they do, should earn them money. Upgrading of the living standard is the main focus of today's life. They do it quite successfully and there are even people who want to improve their living standard, but they fail to do so. Barely people can be found who are ready to devote themselves for humanity, some are ready to do it for free, and some charge a specified amount to work for humanity. Nursing typically refers to as protection, promotion and optimization of health abilities, helping people recover from diseases and helping people prevent from falling a victim to diseases. Nursing is done in the care of individuals, families, communities and populations. The main focus of this paper would be to identify why students want to become a nurse in their professional life.
