Cell telephones are a magnificent thing. You can talk. Take pictures. Listen to music. Converse over internet note or text messaging, and browse the Internet amidst a fistful of other things. I love to use my mobile telephone and really use it more then any other telephone at the agency or at home. However, I use it with immense concern. The likelihood of drivers conversing on the cell telephone and getting into misfortunes is only getting higher. The Government should ostracise cell telephone use while driving in all states.
