Driving and cell phones

Introduction

Cell phone use while driving is common, but dangerous. Because of this, some jurisdictions have made the use of a mobile phone while driving illegal. Others have enacted laws to prohibit the use of hand mobile phone, but allowing the use of a hands free device. In some cases, restrictions are only directed at minors or those who are newly qualified licensees. (John P.12)
