Introduction

Ethics plays an important role not only for a specific role of an organization but also for each and every designation of an organization. It creates a sense of job satisfaction in the employees (Dewey, 1992). In this essay, we are going to analyze an ethical dilemma in which a police officer is transferred to a location where peoples and other political personalities are come and appreciate their duty in this specific area.
