The technology allows the communication occurs in a variety of places and extreme distances, making communication easy. With regard to people, they are constantly on the road. New capabilities enabled by advances in technology to make mobile phones more and more sophisticated, but simple, easy to use, and therefore popular. Today mobile phones are common as stereos or cameras. Children use them to catch up on the latest gossip. Parents use them to track their children and each other. Cell phones should be for sale by individuals and businesses. Mobile phones are desirable, convenient gadget for the common people.

Discussion

Increased use of cellular telephones among drivers of the car was a serious issue, debated in legislatures across the country. The reason for discussion is the fact that "the use of cell phones in cars is linked to four times the risk of collision" (Vance 2002). However, any attempt to ban the use of mobile phones while driving met stiff resistance from the cellular communications industry, which argues that the use of cellular phones on the road is no more distracting than eating hamburgers, adjusting the radio or child care. But if you take the time and attention to other drivers on the street, people will notice more people using hand-held phones than the food or putting on lipstick (Vance 2002). Undoubtedly, the distractions caused by the use of cellular phones, handheld or hands-free, be detrimental to road safety, to a large extent.

The risk of accidents has prompted a number of countries, including England, Germany, Spain and France to prohibit the use of handheld cell phones by drivers (Sunxdeen 2003). In the United States, a handful of communities have imposed such a ban, and many cities and states are considering them.
