The management style of the supervisor is democratic style. The term "cooperative" reflects the essence of this style than the word "democratic" because the majority of modern business organizations follow authoritarian style. Authoritarian leadership does not allow collective decision-making principles. Democratic style of leadership involves the interaction of leaders and subordinates (Patterson, Robinson & Wallace, 2005). This style can be used effectively in solving the problems of creative content. It also depends on the educational level of superiors and subordinates, and the predominantly non-financial motivational structure of employees.
