Introduction

Futura Industries, President Susan Johnson has built the company's success over the past three years the foundation of the BSC - learning, innovation, scale and growth. This dimension provides the basics that success in the other three areas: customer service, finance and internal operations. And the results have followed: a 50% increase in revenue without increasing staff from 1996 to 1999. The Clearfield, Utah-organization has to do with people. So much so that the company 300 degrees in 10 employers in the family of Utah for the third consecutive year and was named the top private employer in the state in 2001 by Utah Business Magazine. Here is a look at how we implemented the four quadrants of the WCC through learning, innovation, scale and growth of its foundation. Johnson believes that learning, innovation and growth quadrant is the most important dimension in the Balanced Scorecard, because people who are respected, trusted, and the challenge of growth is the basis for the future. That is why we went to this part of the balanced scorecard.

Analysis

A performance measurement system is a process developed to implement an organizations strategy effectively. This involves identification of the critical factors that impact overall success.
