In this assignment, I am going to analyze the movie named “2012”, directed by Roland Emmerich. The film was released on 11 November 2011 and received an overwhelming response from the audience. The film did a box office business of $ 1,539,358,946 in different parts of the world and the film ranks as the fifth highest grossing film of 2009 in the whole world. The plot of the movie was written by Ronald Emmerich and Harald Closer on the theme of science-fiction disaster about the “end of the world”.
