The Royal Museum of London is in the ancient crypt of a fine late 19 th century, the first English-style church, designed by Arthur Cawston, which has been restored. The building also houses the Library of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, Whitechapel. Visitors wishing to see the main body of the church may do so Monday through Friday, subject to the approval of the Library Service of the Library reception. The museum has a separate entrance on Newark Street, reopened to the public in 2002 after a major renovation, with the support of grants from the Heritage Fund Lottery and St. Bartholomew and the Royal London Charitable Foundation.

Museaum Reveals Visions

More than 7,000 sets of exhibits that tell the stories of Londoners in the last 350 years. It's exciting to see this ambitious and complex project has, finally, the transformation of the museum and placing it in the center of the city is celebrated. "
