A Hasty Push for Jail

Emotions are running high after the latest suicide of 18-year-old Rutgers scholar Tyler Clementi. Prosecutors have charged two scholars with invasion of privacy, saying they secretly videotaped Clementi making out with a man. And now they are contemplating despise crime allegations, which could expected outcome in prison time. Many demand even harsher charges.
