Introduction

The focus of this innovation paper is towards appreciated that the technology investment is guarded and bears fruit because of planned change. Planned change forms (so-called "n-step models" of which Kotter's eight pace form is the most well known) imagine that change can be controlled. By bearing out the paces the yearned change shall be manifested within the management (Bailey, 2008). Because change is glimpsed as predictable, the key lies within comprehensive planning.
