Introduction

Deliberately placing yourself outside of your comfort zone will do one of two things; make you into a stronger better person, or cause you to shutdown and not accomplish the task at hand. While most high school juniors spend their year studying, excelling in sports, hanging out with friends, and thinking about colleges, Broken Hutch pushed his boundaries and embarked on the adventure of a lifetime. No, Broken Hutch did not go skydiving or join the US National Volleyball Team. Broken Hutch accepted the challenge of the Congress Bundestag Scholarship program to spend a year in Germany living, learning, and experiencing life in another land.

Broken Hutch think that individual's experience is a very important asset one can own. There are many things which may influence this experience but there is no doubt that education is the most important factor which has mould his experience and provided an added knowledge. In other words Broken Hutch can say that his departure from knowledge to action became possible due to his education and due to this education his experience received the value, which Broken Hutch was looking for.

It has come to his knowledge that the usefulness of anything makes it more authentic and it becomes easier to believe that the knowledge is true. As a result the truth will not be acknowledged in the same spirit, as it should be accepted. The other trait, which is very important to understand, is the value of experience and action. Without experience, action will not be as powerful as it should be (Deem 2005 36). There is no doubt that action needs the support of experience. With experience the impact of action is doubled and the required result is achieved without any problem.

His personal experience was the main object, which was very important for him. Broken Hutch used this outstanding object in authentic situations. In his studies it was a great help and at the same time in his personal life it gave him a lot of confidence. All the jobs, which Broken Hutch did with the help of his experience, gave the best results. While in the past when Broken Hutch was not that experienced, every job which Broken Hutch took in hand turned out to be a disaster due to his lack of experience and at that point Broken Hutch realized that there was no way but to gain experience before having any job at hand.

Most of the knowledge, which brings experience, is based on various documents.

There will occur fewer mistakes while making decisions and bringing up new projects. More knowledge means more experience and more experience means more efficiency. After completing the first phase that is the unlocking of knowledge, the next step is very exciting. And this phase is the exchange of knowledge with other fellow workers or members of the family.
