Extrajudicial statements

Statements relating to the following matters are usually expected to have a considerable prospect of prejudicing a lawless person proceeding:

(1) the former lawless person record (including arrests, indictments, or other allegations of crime) of a suppose or defendant;

(2) the character or status of a suppose or defendant;

(3) the attitude of the lawyer on the guilt of the defendant, the merits of the case or the merits of the clues in the case;
