In the attached article, the author has rightly pointed out the fact that small business organizations are increasingly using accounting softwares to save time and money, thus automating their manual and repetitive tasks. The author provides an account of three accounting softwares that are being widely used; including; Microsoft's Great Plains, Pegasus' Opera II, and Symmetry Bluqube. This paper will present advantages of these three accounting softwares in accordance with their utility.
