Introduction

The paper discusses the racial profiling case which did not require litigation due to the racial profiling policies and amendments to the constitution. The charges from the accused were dropped because the police ct was based on racism rather than evidence based judgment.

Discussion

In 2008, Henry Louis Gates Jr. who is a Harvard Scholar of African American history was arrested by a police officer on charges of burglary.
