Abstract

A growing worldwide trend is the Non-Profit Organizational sector across the globe. Organizations athwart the globe account for growing and remarkable figures in sheer numbers, services, revenue and employment. While due to the management failures, a few business collapses and insolvencies have seen in the past few years.

Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) are concerned with development face of the management of a diverse and complex range of issues. The internal management issues are faced by the NPOs, for example, change and growth within the organization, governing organization structure, staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning. The management of the external relationship is also faced by the NPOs; with their target communities, other NPOs, the private sector, and relations with government. For managing development on the possibility of NPOs, all of these come to bear. As actors in change and development, the effectiveness of the NPOs depends upon the successful articulation of between issues of external and internal management and on the successful engagement of question with the both external and internal management.

In this study, I will try to explore the concept of “Administrative Agency Study” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Management Issues of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE)” with their “Solutions”. The research also analyzes many aspects of this Non-Profit Organization (NPO) and tries to gauge its effect on Management. Finally, the research concludes with the main problems/issues of the NPO and with their respective solutions.
