The paper is a reflection of the mission, vision and main stakeholders of the company, and the ways through which the five forces of competition have impact on the company. The paper is also a brief reflection of the SWOT analysis of the company and the ways through which the company can capitalize its strengths and opportunities, and overcome its weakness and threats. The publicly traded company chosen in this paper is Ah Belo Corp-A (AHC) (Dowling, 2004). The main operations of Ah Belo Corporation are newspaper publishing. It is an information and local new company which is located in United States. The company runs and maintains four metropolitan daily newspapers and other websites associated with it.

Mission of the Company

The main mission of the company is to properly serve the online users, readers and advertisers by providing the highest quality of journalism and earning highest revenues by attracting a huge number of the audience.

Vision of the Company

The Ah Belo Corp is working with the vision of being the leading news provider along the globe by attracting the maximum number of the audience.

1. Shareholders

The shareholder is an investor who provides capital to the company and can more or less involve in their management.
