The company has websites for many countries such as Canada, United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, China, and Spain. Amazon is planning to open new sites for other countries. Amazon began to grow fast since 1998, at this period it wasn't any more a small online book seller, nevertheless, Amazon faced big losses to grow up fast and was exposed to threats from other competitive companies. To resolve this issue, the company contracts with temporary personnel and independent contractors to help our workforce. The employees at Amazon are not represented by a labor union; therefore, we share good relations with our employees (Byers, 2006).

On the other hand, Borders Group also known as Borders Bookstore. It was an international Book and music seller founded in 1971 and based in Ann Arbor, this company was different from Amazon Because it was selling not only online but it had stores and was profitable earlier than Amazon which didn't make profit for the first five years. Borders Group was acquired in 1992 by K-mart and started by trying to open a shop in Canada but they failed so their first official international store was in Singapore and they were running 511 stores all over the world that can be a sign of a growth strategy (build more stores for more profits).

The management approach that Amazon and Border Books took to internet and marking sales are comparable as well as contrastable. Amazon and Border books both believe in customer satisfaction, through customer satisfaction the company promotes returning, loyal customers. Furthermore, both the companies market through the internet and ecommerce the most effectual mode to execute sales).
