ABSTRACT

The paper discusses three articles reflecting professional perspective on leadership harvard style. Article 1 discusses some elements concerning the approach towards leadership along with bringing some differences it has in relation to the normal models on leadership. There numerous approach towards leadership that includes trait approach, behavioral approach, and contingency approach. With respect, to approach that Harvard teaches is contrasting from the above mention approaches in terms of paying attention to a leader as a facilitator in case of community or organizations issues. Article 2 discusses How sound judgment and creative techniques can help ensure safety and quality”, Industrial Engineer. This article mainly focuses on two most exceptional components of industrial engineering, which is safety and ethics. Ethics definition deals with what is unhealthy and good along with the moral obligation and duty. Article 3 discusses how sound judgment and creative techniques can help ensure safety and quality.

This article highlights some elements concerning the approach towards leadership along with bringing some differences it has in relation to the normal models on leadership in writing. This is the adaptive approach that recognizes and creates awareness of the issue of communities and devise and implement its solution.

Advocates of Visionary approach who are students at Harvard are of the opinion that visionary approach is best suited for technical issues, in which there is evidence enough that one can reach at through accepted norms. They, on the other hand, believe that this approach is not apt for resolving adaptive problems in which one requires a change of opinion across a community. A difference that adaptive approach teaches is between the authority and leadership whereby authority being formal or informal exists when individuals give control to another person to undertake a duty in a community. One creates leadership informally rather than through formal authority.
