Introduction

Despite my calm and Zen, despite my tendency to take things lightly I'm anxious. It happens like that for nothing, to feel completely crooked. The symptoms are classic: feel like a heart attack, palpitations, nervousness, tightness in the chest (solar plexus, to be precise). In an acute crisis in addition to tremor, the impression of being about to faint, nervous tics like scratching (often caused due to hyperventilation) and other symptoms that I forget.

I was once a sufferer too and I have always said that anxiety is It is obvious that anxiety has a big effect to most of the people who suffer from anxiety attacks. Some consider this attack as one traumatic experience. This is because anxiety is an unpleasant, consuming and interfering feeling of worry and fear which affects one's daily life. It is a psychological and physiological state characterized by somatic, cognitive, behavioral and emotional components. It occurs without an identifiable triggering stimulus.

A lot of people who suffer from anxiety disorder are afraid to leave the confines of their home. They may also sometimes say, “Anxiety is ruining my life”. They are worried that an attack might occur the moment they step out of the door of their house. They feel a tank full of feelings of intense dread, terror and impending doom. This can reach a point where it will disrupt the person's life and ruin it in the long run. This will affect their relationships, work, social life and worst; hide in their room for fear of something dreadful happening. For these people, anxiety really interferes their normal life, manipulate and ruin the things and people they valued most.

Anxiety may also develop into phobia if left untreated. This phobia is identified as having a persistent or chronic fear of doing something that may result in embarrassment or humiliation. What is most important to treat this, is indeed, to acknowledge the problem. It's no secret that one of the best ways to conquer anxiety starts with self-awareness. The most common way to regain self-confidence is facing the problem itself and fights it out. Denying or hiding from the truth will not help alleviate the symptoms. Instead, it will just worsen the problem.

Life is beautiful only to be ruled by anxiety. Do not let anxiety control your life and hinder the good relationships you have with the people around you. Try not to think about negative stuff like anxiety is ruining my life. Get on your feet again and survive anxiety. Seek help from the medical experts. Do not let anxiety ruin your life forever.
