Abstract

This paper aims to assess the current state of scientific research on the practices of Lean Management model exerts on automobile industry. It has been proceeded to conduct thorough a review of published works in journals JCR of the operation management. Thorough review of conduct published works in journals of the operation management JCR area, which has let identify a set of lines of research into the impact that Lean practices exercise in automobile industry. Identifying which area let a set of lines of research into the impact exercise that Lean practices on workers. The identification of these lines will encourage deepening the investigation and covering some of the gaps. Alike, at this work we collect some of the lines we intend to develop on this topic in the context of automobile industry. The Subsequent Systematic analysis of literature has been qualitative. Finally, we identify new opportunities and challenges facing future research

Chapter 1: Introduction

There are several different definitions and perspectives, depending on the industry, the source, and how long the organization has been learning about Lean. A set of working tools and principles that can act on the chain value of the product/service or a family of products/services can define lean. A company that manages Lean manufacturing tools and techniques in production and quality systems processes according to the principles of this production system, systematically searches learn customer acknowledges that the added value or added, and is willing to pay for it, while eliminating those going operations/process steps that create value. It also means flexibility (the possibility of producing different part numbers or references a means of production) and adaptability (ability of a production environment to produce different volumes).

A common feature uniting all the tools and techniques system is that they are able to create work discipline, self control and commitment in employee activities.
