Wynn has summarized perfectly what he believes is the responsible business management method in Hotel Management, and has emphasized on the role of both employees and employers in career development. I believe the real estate magnate has emphasized on the fact that employees must cater to their own needs as per their careers, and avail opportunities that are provided to them through being vigilant. He believes certain vigor is needed by employees to aim for a secure future, and not all employees will be able to move ahead in their paths if they don't take the initiative. He has demonstrated this through several examples, and continues to talk of it throughout the video. Career development is a strong suit of the video and is discussed at length.
Leadership is a significant concept in every aspect of our lives since, even in the most democratic situations, there must be someone in charge. The need arises because the role of organizing and facilitating a group of people must only be appointed to one individual who possesses the ability to take control. These individuals are found in almost every aspect of our lives.
