Introduction

As an important part of the legal system, the audit system is no doubt that the pursuit of justice. In today's society, auditing justice has become the fundamental value of the national audit pursuit and the direct pursuit of substantive justice. Moreover, this enables an effective and rational use of public resources to expose the activities of the power to run the lawlessness and perfect mechanism of power to run.

The audit process has standardized since the past couple of decades as over the years, the focus has shifted to procedural justice and audit efficiency. Moreover, the audit process and program are based on two equally important goals of procedural justice and audit efficiency in improving the overall context of auditing (Humphrey, 2009).

Discussion

With the development of the world's political and economic situation, procedural justice has become deeply rooted among the audit concept. The reason to adhere to procedural justice is to provide procedural fairness to promote the real implementation of the audit and supervision. Procedural fairness helps to ensure that the audited entity, the audit staff, and stakeholders of the entire audit system are under complete trust as auditing takes into account the program's simplicity and legitimacy (Power, 2003). Simple audit procedure is just a simplification of the program, and no change in the pursuit of justice entity. Therefore, simple audit procedures and proper auditing procedures must comply with the minimum procedural requirements. Summary of audit decisions have the same effect with the general procedure after the entry into the force.
