B & Q

Task 1 of part 2

This work revolves around the concept of epistemology of practice and possession. This option was chosen to learn and understand the concept of epistemology and its perspective in context of practice and possession. The main feature of this subject is to understand the importance of these psychological terms, their impacts and their practices in an organization. This needs to be done with respect to the epistemology as an “imperative concept” and its impacts. One of the main points that need to be addressed in this study is the relationship between organization and epistemology and its implications for B & Q. It also tries to investigate the ramifications of such concepts in the practice of the organization. Concepts such as meditative processes and collaborative examining regarding B & Q have helped me in this investigation (Bryant, 2007, pp.179-93).

The topic, itself the need to clarify for myself the concept of epistemology of practice, because I understood that to think the operational practices are necessary in epistemological concept, so I want to clarify for myself what has to be thinking an epistemology of practice (Bourdieu et.al, 1992).

The discussion is based on the imperative findings with respect to the epistemological perspective, which has a practical nature. The object of study is the specific issue of operations in appliance as a practice of operational activities, i.e., in which the desired learning and intentionality, in which the subjects immediately involved (organization) and their actions (work with knowledge) are studied in their historical, political and social determinations.

Recent researches on organizational practices as key issue indicate the fact that operations play an activity theory and practice. It is hard to think about the possibility of understanding outside a concrete situation and a definite reality (Henry et.al, 2001, pp.234-42). The organization needs to combine systematically and theoretical elements with practical real situations. This means that the practice in question is a theoretical and practical element. According to some researchers, it is a reflective practice. For others, organizational operations are not a reflective kind of mechanical operation that can be contained in a model manufactured and consumed by organization.

According to Dewey, no reflection consists of a series of steps or procedures for use by the organizations that focus on their operations. More than that, it is a holistic way of meetings and responses to problems. Reflexive action is a process that involves more than logical and rational processes of problem solving. Reflection involves intuition and passion, and is not something that can be packaged in wrapping techniques to be used by the organizations (Dewey, 1998).

Epistemology of Practice and Possession

It has to do with the prescription of means and ends, typical of humanities practices, such as ethics and law. The order establishing it has the logic function of a categorical obligation, i.e. an obligation that is not depends only on the mere subjective intention of prosecuting or less the end itself. In other words, the obligation is not based on beliefs or ...
